I can take Barre classes at studios in town or online, but with the Westport Y at full capacity and Darien close to it, I will not be able to swim elsewhere. Swimming is the only cardiovascular activity I can do. Without the Valles pool, the very limited hours remaining for using the Forese pool will deprive me and scores like me of an essential form of exercise and therapy.
